User Customizations

User CustomizationsLytebox has several customizations options. With Lytebox plug-in for Joomla you can easily change all those configuration parameters if you want so. Just open plug-in configuration page and check that you want to use your own settings instead of Lytebox default settings.

Global configuration

Clobal configurationGlobal configuration group enables you to change look and behavior of Lytebyx. If you have already installed Lytebox for Joomla then you don’t need for upgrade to uninstall it. An installation script automatically does the upgrade of the plug-in. If you prefer to use older version of Lytebox JavaScript, you can easily pickup older version from list of available versions. By default is used latest version.

You can choose between different color themes. Currently are available grey, red, green, blue and gold color themes.

It’s easy to change background overlay opacity, you can choose between values from 5 to 100.

Change settings as you like and test them with different browsers to get the best result.

iFrame and Slideshows

Slideshow configurationLytebox comes with iFrame support, as well as "Slideshow" support, "Themes" support, HTML content support (as opposed to just images) and many more configurable options that allow you to customize the look and feel of Lytebox.

With Lytebox iFrame support you can open external links inside your website, wich is very nice feature when you want to refer to some article to another Internet recourse without users to leaving your page.

Usage of Lytebox in your content is really easy. You don’t need any complex coding. Just create link to the recource you want to display with Lytebox and add appropirate REL and REV attributes for link tag.
